Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced Project Manager for MEP design/consultancy and construction oversight across a large-scale hospitality complex in Singapore. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules and contractor performance to ensure project objectives are met.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with internal stakeholders, and proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a pre-requisite.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and AutoCAD fluency is a pre-requisite.
• Numerical and Analytical application tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initialize project by establishing objectives, assessments, plans & schedules.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets based on project requirements and designs.
• Prepare PRF and SR documents covering scope, specs, drawings, etc.
• Coordinate with Procurement to drive tendering/sourcing processes.
• Onboard contractors with kick-off meetings, safety orientations and PTWs.
• Document existing conditions prior to construction phase.
• Review contractor submittals including safety plans, shop drawings, materials.
