Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned Facilities/Engineering leader to manage a large-scale Integrated Resort's MEP systems, assets and operations in Singapore. You will drive maintenance strategy, budget planning and energy efficiency initiatives while coordinating with multiple departments to meet service levels and safety standards.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement across maintenance, project delivery

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or Facilities Management.
• 10+ years of hands-on engineer experience in large-scale properties.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a facilities section to maintain the Integrated Resort facilities and related MEP systems.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs per codes and guidelines.
• Coordinate with departments and stakeholders for operations, maintenance and project activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through new technologies and data analysis.
• Implement fire safety management and ensure safe working environments.
