Job summary

Kilowatts Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an M&E Site Coordinator to oversee mechanical and electrical works on active projects in Singapore. You will liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors to track progress and resolve issues on site.

The role requires coordinating with project teams to prepare method statements, shop drawings, schedules and technical submissions, and to assist the Project Manager with procurement and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on M&E progress.
• Supervise works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specs.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation/T&C check sheets, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on shop drawings submissions.
• Coordinate/prepare technical submissions with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Assist Project Manager on M&E matters, including master construction and T&C schedules.
• Assist in negotiating/procuring materials, equipment and labour within budget.
• Hold technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Liaise with authorities/clients on submissions, inspections, and commissioning.
