Job summary

HH INVESTMENT PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an MEP Site Engineer / Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing and firefighting works on-site, bridging drawings to field execution while ensuring safety, quality and schedule.

You will lead MEP subcontractors, review construction drawings, track progress, manage materials, and resolve on-site issues, with strong communication and leadership required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in MEP construction planning and site management.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics or related field.
• Ability to interpret MEP shop drawings and execute on site.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
• Certifications in BCSS/CoreTrade or safety supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site MEP subcontractors.
• Review and monitor plumbing, electrical and firefighting drawings and progress.
• Oversee material quantities and QA inspections for MEP works.
• Coordinate and resolve on-site technical issues and clashes.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.
