Job summary

WEIMA BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to support the Project Manager and M&E Manager in supervising and coordinating MEP services on Singapore construction projects.

You will review drawings, coordinate with clients and consultants, monitor subcontractors, and ensure compliance with specifications and timelines, while maintaining high-quality workmanship on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Environmental Engineering, or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services to meet project timelines.
• Communicate progress and coordinate work with clients and consultants to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Participate actively in progress, site, and MEP meetings to track project status and address challenges.
• Interpret and apply main contract and sub-contract requirements to guide project execution.
• Review and align mechanical and electrical design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.
• Manage M&E sub-contractors by monitoring work progress, reviewing drawings, approving materials and samples, and overseeing method statement submissions.
• Ensure M&E works are executed strictly according to approved specifications and drawings.
• Oversee timely completion of testing and commissioning activities to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor and enforce high-quality workmanship standards on site.
