Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an MEP Coordinator to assist in planning, coordination and execution of MEP works for A&A projects. You will interface with main contractors, consultants and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

The role requires a diploma or degree in MEP fields and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Knowledge of local regulations and safety practices is a plus. Building services expertise is welcomed and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related MEP field is required.
• Experience in MEP coordination and site practices is preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore standards and construction safety practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of MEP works for A&A projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, specs and documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works follow approved drawings and schedule.
• Attend site meetings and identify issues for timely solutions.
• Ensure MEP works comply with Singapore standards and safety regulations.
• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day activities.
