Job summary

Wood is recruiting a Building Services Supervisor to supervise MEP works at site and fabrication yards, ensuring compliance with design specs, safety and schedule. You will coordinate with contractors, review drawings, manage permits, and lead HSE activities to deliver HVAC, electrical, ELV, fire protection, plumbing systems in line with project objectives.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a Diploma/Technical Certificate in engineering, and MoHR or equivalent safety trainings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in engineering or related discipline (essential).
• Singapore Ministry of Manpower Workplace Safety and Health trainings.
• Proficient in construction methodology and local authority regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and handover of HVAC, electrical, ELV, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, structural and architectural disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Review MEP shop drawings, method statements, inspection and test plans.
• Ensure MEP works comply with applicable codes, authority requirements, project specifications and drawings.
