Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years active Pilates teaching experience is required.
• Candidates must be certified in Reformer and/or Comprehensive Pilates from recognized institutions.
• Strong understanding of movement anatomy and body mechanics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe, engaging, and high-energy Pilates classes.
• Deliver group and private Pilates sessions with technical precision.
• Guide clients to improve posture, flexibility, and body awareness.
• Provide suitable progressions for participants of various levels.
