Job summary

The Singapore Shipping Association (SSA) is seeking a Programme Executive (Membership) to join a dynamic team supporting member engagement and the Career Conversion Programme (Sea Transport). Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a customer facing role with key account management remit
• Experience in a membership-based organisation is a plus
• Diploma graduates welcomed and business/admin/communications background is suitable
• Experience in handling CRM systems and reviewing databases

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing membership engagement strategy and new member acquisition
• Coordinate customer leads and new member orientation sessions
• Manage membership portal back end and database infrastructure
• Execute CRM operations including membership lifecycle (onboarding, renewal, offboarding)
• Generate monthly reports on membership matters
• Provide logistics support for Human Capital meetings
• Manage grant application process from eligibility to government portal submission
• Produce monthly placement and budget utilization reports for grantor
• Generate monthly programme performance reports for management
