Job summary

BRITISH CLUB in Singapore is seeking an organised events coordinator to help plan and execute events from start to finish. You will coordinate schedules, research ideas and ensure alignment with target audiences and objectives of the Club.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in events, strong attention to detail, and fluent English with good interpersonal skills. Weekend and public holiday work is required, with a 5-day work week and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity preferably from the events industry.
• Experience in researching, developing and coordinating an events schedule and program.
• Team player with high initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail and results oriented.
• Fluent spoken English with good interpersonal and organizing skills.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Coordinate and assist in planning of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives of the British Club.
