You will respond promptly to enquiries, create, amend and cancel bookings in the system, record preferences and notes, manage waitlists, and liaise with operations to prioritise availability.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service or member services advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using reservation systems, email and standard office applications.
• Professional, calm and member-focused approach, including during high-demand periods.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to reservation enquiries by telephone, email and approved booking channels.
• Create, amend and cancel bookings accurately in the reservation system.
• Record member preferences, special requests and relevant booking notes accurately.
• Support waitlist management, confirmations and follow-up for high-demand periods.
• Coordinate with operations on table availability and booking priorities.
• Communicate special occasions, VIP/member requirements and operational notes to relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with daily and forward booking reports.
• Provide clear information on Club dining and booking policies.
• Escalate sensitive member concerns or complex booking matters appropriately.
