Job summary

Active Global Respite Care Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Centre Administrator to coordinate admissions, liaise with agencies, and support financial assessment for elderly care services. You will evaluate psycho-social needs, help secure funding, and maintain onboarding through discharge processes.

You will work with MOH stakeholders, carers and medical social workers to ensure compliance, accuracy and timely resolution of client issues while managing logistics and staff capacity.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work or related field is desirable.
• 5-day work week with rotational weekends.
• Preferably 2 years in a similar daycare role.
• Experience with MOH or healthcare stakeholders is a plus.
• Experience with IRMS and ILTC Portal and related IT systems.
• Hands-on experience working with elderly in the community.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT comfortable.
• Able to communicate effectively with elderly.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Centre Manager.
• Handle pre-admission work, liaise with external agencies and internal team.
• Assess and evaluate psycho-social and financial status of patients/families.
• Assist clients to apply for financial assistance schemes (Medifund, Subvention etc).
• Set up and maintain administrative protocols from onboarding to discharge.
• Work with team to develop the Individual Care Plan.
• Provide accurate policy/procedure information to clients.
• Resolve client feedback and ensure needs are addressed promptly.
• Ensure MOH service requirements on financial and quality aspects are met.
• Assist with logistics, staffing and operational capability as needed.
• Communicate clearly with clients and business partners, with appropriate tone.
