Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Science) is seeking a front desk associate for clinical locations in Singapore. The role involves registering patients, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and addressing patient enquiries with a focus on exceptional service.

You will also assist at health monitoring stations, taking basic measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure, and coordinate referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• Min N/O/A/Nitec/Diploma in any field
• Must be comfortable with vaccinations/medical checkup

Responsabilités

• Register and assist patients.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate specialist referrals.
• Handle payments and patient enquiries.
• Address patient concerns and escalate when required.
• Provide good customer service to patients.
