Job summary

Novem Healthcare Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Specialist to expand visibility of its medical devices, surgical products and pharmaceuticals in Singapore. You will drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and forging new partnerships, with a focus on healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.

The ideal candidate has a background in medical devices or related fields, is highly motivated, and excels at communication and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Minimum A level, diploma or degree holders.
• Experience in medical device, surgical or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Experience covering OBGYN and/or general surgical accounts preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Able to work independently with self-discipline and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build, service and maintain existing accounts in the assigned territories to achieve sales targets by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
• Develop new sales opportunities and turn them into long term partnerships.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related sales results.
• Assess and present suitable promoted products information to healthcare professionals, hospitals and pharmacies.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely product and service support.
• Coordinate and organise in-service demonstrations, talks and education programs for healthcare professionals.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and preservation of the company's reputation.
• Stay current with industry developments by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new products.
• Analyze data and market conditions to recommend timely changes to promote market position.
