Job summary

LPB TALENT SOLUTION PTE. LTD. recruits a Medical Sales Representative in Singapore to liaise with surgeons and healthcare professionals, delivering product expertise and building durable customer relationships.

You will partner with the sales team to identify opportunities, cross-sell products, and stay ahead of industry trends, supporting cases outside normal hours when required. Strong communication and clinical understanding are essential for success.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Higher Diploma in related fields such as Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Business.
Prior medical or healthcare sales experience is advantageous.
Strong verbal and written communication with clinicians and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

Work directly with surgeons and healthcare professionals to understand clinical needs and provide solutions.
Communicate product updates and portfolio changes to customer accounts.
Identify prospects and convert them into long-term customers.
Cross-sell products and manage new product introductions to grow revenue.
Collaborate with the sales team; share coaching and knowledge with peers.
Maintain product knowledge and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
Attend professional meetings and support cases outside regular hours when needed.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and reports to stakeholders.
Maintain CRM records of sales activities and pipeline.
