Job summary

CRISIS24 is seeking a qualified nurse to join our Medical Assistance team in Singapore. The role focuses on timely review of medical information and providing expert opinions to ensure the highest level of care for our global client base.

You will manage cases daily, liaise with international medical professionals, and conduct telephonic assessments while collaborating with the Medical and Operations teams to maintain seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified and registered nurse.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
• Own and promote medical case handling procedures.
• Ability to plan and manage their own caseload.
• Good problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day case management.
• Contact medical professionals internationally to obtain updates on patient condition.
• Demonstrate critical thinking when planning case management.
• Liaise with Operations team for open and effective communication.
• Perform telephonic patient assessments.
