Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) is seeking an Assistant Manager to join Group Compensation & Benefits, focusing on the Medical Job Family. You will collaborate with GCamp;B Leads to plan and review compensation programmes at the Group level to attract, motivate, and retain talent across NHG Health institutions.

The role involves supporting cross-institution workgroups, preparing materials for senior management, and conducting market research on compensation practices.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in Compensation & Benefits, healthcare preferred.
• Basic knowledge of total rewards concepts including salary structures, salary reviews, market benchmarking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel preferred.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations such as Employment Act preferred.

Responsibilities

• Camp;B Partner, Medical – Support the GCamp;B Leads in all sectoral related Camp;B matters affecting the medical job family.
• Support Camp;B reviews and projects independently.
• Participate in cross-institution workgroups/committees to harmonise SOP/frameworks for Camp;B matters relating to medical staff.
• Assist in preparing recommendations and documentation for Senior Management approvals.
• Assist in Camp;B projects by preparing data, running simulations and supporting implementation.
• Conduct research on compensation statistics, market sentiments and market practices to support Camp;B strategies.
• Support policy reviews to ensure alignment with Camp;B programmes affecting medical staff.
• Provide administrative support for renewal of agreements with Group Education office and teaching services norms.
