Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a C&B partner to support the GC&B Leads in planning, formulation and review of compensation & benefits programmes at the group level. You will provide group-level oversight to NHG Health institutions to attract, motivate and retain talent in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of total rewards, salary benchmarking and policy coordination with HR teams across institutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or business admin or equivalent.
• 5+ years in compensation & benefits, healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of salary structure design and market benchmarking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel advanced skills.
• Familiarity with local employment laws and HRIS projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner GC&B Leads to manage C&B for medical staff end-to-end.
• Harmonize SOP/framework for C&B across NHG Health institutions.
• Review salary components, perform market benchmarking and compliance.
• Collaborate with institution HR to address policy changes and approvals.
• Support renewals with Group Education and manage quarterly billing.
• Engage in ad-hoc HR projects and group budgeting activities.
