Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Singapore invites a full-time Contract for Service Intern to support regional medical education events for health care professionals and internal training. The role emphasizes insights analysis and desktop research on obesity, plus involvement in real world evidence studies.

You will gain exposure to cross-functional interactions with regulatory, clinical development, and commercial teams while contributing to launch readiness for innovative therapies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant degree (biomed, life science, pharmaceutical science etc.) at the time of application.
• Full-time commitment from Jan to May/Jun.
• Data analytics, video editing and project management experience preferred.

The Intern will support medial education events hosted by the region targeting health care professionals and for internal training. The role includes substantial time to be invested in Insight analysis and desktop research on various topics related to Obesity. The intern will also support ongoing real world evidence studies.

Job Description

• Analyze actionable medical insights submitted by the filed medical teams which inform business on a monthly basis.
• Assist with organizing and rollout of medical education events targeting health care professionals.
• Project manage internal training programs to equip medical affairs personnel across the region.
• Literature / desktop review to update internal teams regarding recent advances in the Obesity space.
• Support ongoing real world evidence studies in the region
• Understand the role of medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Opportunity to interact with functions such as regulatory affairs, clinical development and commercial operations in ensuring launch readiness for innovative therapies.

Pre-requisite

• Ability to commit full-time from Jan – May/Jun. International students not intending to take this as a credit-bearing module/ capstone internship need not apply as you will not be able to meet the required time commitment.
