Qualifications

  • Full-time commitment for a minimum of 5 months (Jan–May/Jun 2026).
  • Strong command of English, verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis basics.
  • Experience with design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate in a regional HR environment and communicate ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and executing culture related events and programs.
  • Support the implementation of learning & development programs and managerial training.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and talent acquisition content for LinkedIn.
  • Support HR operations, data analysis, dashboards, and trend identification.
  • Contribute to compensation data, market benchmark activities and benefits review.
  • Gain hands on experience across Talent & Learning, HR Services, and C&B in a regional context.

Job Description

As an HR intern, you will support key initiatives and projects in the following areas:

  • Assist in organizing and executing culture related events and programs.
  • Support the implementation of learning & development programs, including Learning events, Managerial training programs and etc.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and talent acquisition including content creation for LinkedIn.
  • Support in process improvement initiatives.
HR Services
  • Support ad hoc HR operations as needed that may include coordination tasks and employee-related processes.
  • Assist in HR data analysis, such as preparing reports, working with dashboards, and identifying trends from key metrics.
  • Contribute to HR-organized events, including logistics coordination and on-site support as required.
  • Activities around compensation data, market benchmark and data maintenance
  • Activities around employee recognition and benefits review and market competitiveness
  • Gain hands on experience in organizing and executing learning and talent-related programs and events across the ASKAN region.
  • Learn and understand HR processes and HR policy implementation.
  • Exposure to Compensation & Benefits practices.
Pre-requisite
  • Ability to commit full-time for a minimum of 5 months and above (Jan – May/Jun 2026). Part-time applicants must be able to work for a minimum of 3 weekdays per week. International students not intending to take this as a credit-bearing module/internship need not apply as you will not be able to meet the required time commitment.
  • Good command of English language, verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications e.g., MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, CoPilot
  • Experience with design and video editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Adobe Suite.
  • (Good to have) Familiarity with tools to streamline processes e.g., Power Automate and ability to build AI Agents.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills; a team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and contributing in a regional HR environment.
  • Proactive in sharing ideas and suggestions.
