Job summary

Digo Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a senior M&E Manager to lead and supervise the maintenance and engineering team. You will oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and project execution while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet time and budget targets.

The role requires a strong technical background in building services, with leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes across complex projects in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent + minimum 7 years relevant working experience, OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent + minimum 10 years relevant working experience
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Green Building Technology)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Able to work independently and handle pressure in a complex environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong experience in building services or facilities management will be an advantage
• Relevant BCA Academy qualifications such as Specialist Diploma / Advanced Certificate in M&E Coordination Supervision & Coordination in M&E Works or Green Building Operations & Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues and technical discrepancies
• Ensure all operations comply with client requirements, safety standards, and statutory regulations
• Monitor and evaluate performances of vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure service quality and contractual compliance
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure efficient system operations and problem resolution
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and tracking of project and maintenance activities
