Job summary

DIGO CORPORATION PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee all mechanical and electrical systems in the facility.

You will guide the M&E team in daily operations and maintenance, plan site inspections, and ensure projects meet quality standards and budgets. The role requires at least 5 years of M&E experience, a relevant engineering diploma/degree, and strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, or M&E systems.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the M&E team in daily operations and maintenance works.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct site inspections for M&E and facilities works.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, projects, and SOPs are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Troubleshoot system faults and provide effective, sustainable, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Prepare accurate reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
• Manage site operations, manpower deployment, and workflow planning.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• liaise with vendors and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or M&E systems.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building services or facilities management will be an advantage.
• Relevant BCA Academy qualifications will be a strong advantage, such as:
  Specialist Diploma / Advanced Certificate in M&E Coordination
  Supervision & Coordination in M&E Works
  Green Building Operations & Maintenance
  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Green Building Technology)
