Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for the Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Products sector, based at Upper Paya Lebar, Singapore. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating order processing end-to-end.

You'll liaise with sales, operations and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment, provide technical product support, maintain customer records, and assist with invoicing and admin duties as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Technical Support, or Industrial Product Sales preferable.
• Able to understand technical specifications, engineering drawings, and industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Review customer specifications and evaluate suitable products and engineering solutions.
• Prepare quotations, RFQs, technical proposals, and coordinate order processing activities.
• Liaise closely with customers, sales, operations, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Provide basic technical product support and clarification to customers.
• Handle customer feedback, service issues, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support invoicing, documentation, and administrative duties as required.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

• Position: Customer Service Coordinator (Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Products)

• Location: Upper Paya Lebar (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng MRT - 13-minute walk)

• Working hours: 5 days work week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $4,200 + AWS

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Industrial Products / Mechanical Engineering / Hazardous Area Equipment Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:
