The Mechanical Engineering Design Internship Program offers hands‑on experience in the design and development of advanced semiconductor test equipment used by leading technology companies worldwide. Interns will work alongside experienced engineers on real‑world projects, gaining practical exposure to product design, engineering documentation, simulation, testing, and product lifecycle management.
The intern will gain experience and competency in the following areas:
1. Hands‑on experience in a global semiconductor technology company.
2. Exposure to industry‑standard engineering tools including SolidWorks, Teamcenter PLM, and CAD/PDM systems.
3. Opportunities to work on real engineering projects alongside experienced engineers.
4. Understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, and engineering change management.
5. Practical experience in mechanical design, engineering documentation, and design verification.
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
2. Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
4. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Passion for engineering design and product development.
