Job summary

Teradyne’s Product Support Engineering team in Singapore seeks a highly motivated Engineer to provide world‑class support for current and future Teradyne semiconductor test products. You will engage with product development to prepare new products for field deployment and to influence serviceability and reliability improvements.

The role requires 8–15 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MFG/ME/EE), with Electromechanical preferred.

Opportunity Overview

• Teradyne’s Product Support Group plays a crucial role in driving customer success by ensuring field readiness for new product launches, integrating serviceability and enhancements into product designs, and delivering exceptional service, documentation, and training.
• The Teradyne Product Support Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and technically driven Engineer to provide world‑class support for the current and future generations of Teradyne Semiconductor Test Products.
• This role requires an in‑depth knowledge of Teradyne’s product offerings and a strong desire to deliver timely solutions in an evolving customer landscape.
• Be recognized as a subject matter expert across a wide range of new and existing Teradyne platforms.
• Provide timely and accurate support to field organizations in response to a wide array of customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to use technology to improve the way that we deliver support to our customers.
• Engage with the Product Development process to influence and prepare new products for successful deployment to the field.
• Conduct training to spread knowledge to all field service engineers worldwide
• Develop and update support and training documentation field installations and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve the reliability of our systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MFG/ME/EE), with Electromechanical preferred.
