Job summary

D-MAJOR ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to design, review, and implement mechanical systems for construction projects in Singapore. You will prepare specs, coordinate with architects and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with BCA, SS CP, and WSH regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• PE certification in Singapore is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction/building services experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and implement mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lifting equipment, etc.).
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and compliance documents per BCA standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and risk assessments for mechanical works.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems on-site.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and subcontractors for integrated systems.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and environmental sustainability standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during project execution.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and support tender submissions.
