ENCASA Asia Employment Services LLP is seeking an M&E coordination professional for a building and industrial projects role in Singapore. The position handles liaison with clients, consultants and contractors, with responsibilities spanning cost control, timeline management, drawings submission, site progress meetings, and testing/commissioning of M&E systems.

The role requires coordinating with authorities for plan approvals and site inspections, and assisting in tender activities for upcoming

• Coordination and liaison skills for multiple stakeholders.
• Project coordination in construction or M&E environments.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with client, other consultants, and contractors for development and implementation of the project until completion and provide advice on Mechanical and Electrical queries.
• Ensure cost control, maintain project timeline, and manage manpower resources for the project.
• Prepare and vet drawings plans for submission to Authorities.
• Attend site progress meetings and address site technical issues.
• Attend and liaise with authorities for plan approval and site inspection.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Assist on tender processes for prospective projects.
