Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E project coordinator in Singapore. The role covers coordinating M&E works, ensuring compliance with drawings and specs, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities include planning site activities, preparing reports and variation orders, and ensuring safe, on-time handover of M&E systems in accordance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in M&E or construction projects.

Job Scope

• Coordinate and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project works to ensure timely and smooth execution
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements
• Plan, schedule, and monitor site activities; proactively identify and resolve technical and site issues
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure proper coordination of M&E services
• Prepare and submit progress reports, claims, variation orders, and relevant project documentation; follow up on certifications and payments
• Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed within schedule and budget
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems in accordance with project specifications
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations, codes of practice, and safety requirements
• Promote and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards on site
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors and their safety personnel on all safety-related matters
• Ensure proper documentation and timely handover of completed works to management or client

Requirement
