Job summary

ALSTERN TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and manage mechanical works from design to completion, with focus on chillers and cooling towers. You will review drawings, coordinate with site teams, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Requirements include a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit MEP for drafting and documentation tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant mechanical/chiller projects experience.
• Proficient in reading and preparing mechanical drawings (AutoCAD / Revit MEP).
• Strong communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage mechanical engineering works from design to completion.
• Design, review, and coordinate chiller plants and cooling tower systems.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards (BCA, NEA, SCDF) where applicable.
• Support testing, commissioning and documentation for project completion and handover.
