Job summary

STM Singapore is seeking an Equipment Engineer to manage chiller and Dry vacuum pumps, spare parts, PM procedures, and FDC/IOT systems. You will coordinate abatements, hookups, startup and release, and drive CIP projects to improve quality and cost.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical engineering, strong analytical skills, teamwork, and the ability to lead a small team of technicians with strong documentation and communication abilities.

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics Engineering / Mechanical
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Preferably with project lead experience and good planning skills

Responsibilities

• Manage process equipment chiller and Dry vacuum pumps.
• Manage spare parts for Dry vacuum pump and chiller group.
• Chiller and Pump PM management and creation of PM procedure.
• Manage FDC & IOT system, good understanding of networking using LAN or Wireless technology.
• Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide.
• Coordinate and drive new equipment Abatements/chiller hookup, startup and release.
• Drive CIP to achieve best in class in quality and cost.
• Train and coach PM Technician in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill.
• Manage a small group of technicians.
