Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities.
• Plan and schedule equipment upkeep and maintenance record, including preparing reports.
• Investigate, analyze, and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
• Experience handling in pumps and motors, aircon system and mechanical ventilation system and work well as a team.
• Upkeep proper filing system for maintenance records.
• Scheduling for preventive maintenance works.
• Managing all types of maintenance breakdowns and ensure all faults are attended.
• Conduct routine inspection of the premises.
• Site meeting and liaising with client.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree in mechanical engineering and equivalent with 3 years experience or relevant diploma in mechanical engineering and equivalent with 6 years experience.
• Class 3 license holder will be an advantage.
