Job summary

LUFT ENV TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled service technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ACMV/HVAC systems at client sites in Singapore.

You will work on a range of equipment including AHUs, MAUs, FCUs, pumps and ventilation systems, and you will investigate issues, take measurements, and prepare reports. You will liaise with clients, technicians, contractors and suppliers, support upgrading works and energy-efficiency improvements, assist with lab fit-outs,

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP and ACMV/HVAC systems.
• Attend to client breakdowns and technical enquiries promptly.
• Troubleshoot AHUs, MAUs, FCUs, fans, chilled-water systems, pumps, VAV/CAV systems, controls and laboratory exhaust systems.
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, measurements and basic air-balancing activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports, technical recommendations and quotations.
• Liaise with clients and coordinate with technicians, contractors and suppliers.
• Support ACMV upgrading works, including AHU replacement, system notification and energy-efficiency improvements.
• Support laboratory fit-out and expansion projects involving ACMV and ventilation systems.
• Assist with site coordination, installation supervision, testing and commissioning.
