Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a mechanical engineer to take ownership of design progression from concept through detailed design for complex projects. You will ensure compliance with local codes and coordinate with civil, architectural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines while guiding engineers with technical advisory support.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and hands-on experience in construction management and design, with strong proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, accredited by PE Board.
• Experience in construction management and design.
• Proficiency with engineering analysis software, BIM, CFD and related tools.

Responsibilities

• In charge of checking and designing mechanical works from concept to detailed design for projects.
• Conversant in local code and authority requirements, ensuring project compliance.
• Perform analysis and guide engineers to analyse and provide technical advice and solutions with stakeholders.
• Carry out project management, planning, financial management, contract administration, and ensure deadlines and teamwork.
• Liaise with stakeholders for civil & structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works.
• Design management; coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and external consultants.

Job Responsibilities:

• In charges of checking and designing mechanical works from concept to detailed design for projects
• Conversant in local code and authority requirements, ensuring project compliance to the requirements.
• Able to perform analysis and guide engineers to analyse and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders
• Carryout project management, planning, financial management of project, contract administration, ensure key deadlines are met and team work together effectively
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders for civil & structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works
• Design management, coordination with contractors, subcontractors and external consultants

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (Accredited by Singapore Professional Engineers Board)
• Experience in both construction management and design
• Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, BIM software, CFD simulations tools and other mechanical/fire engineering software.
