Job summary

WSP in Asia Singapore is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead design and project management for ACMV, fire protection, sanitary and plumbing services within Singapore projects.

You will supervise a team of engineers from concept to completion, mentor new staff, ensure compliance with local codes, and provide technical guidance on contract administration and communications with authorities.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering with PEB Singapore.
• 7+ years of relevant design engineering experience in ACMV/HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing services with engineering consultancies in Singapore.
• Solid understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission processes (LTA, PUB, BCA, SCDF, etc.).
• BIM and CAD capabilities (REVIT/AutoCAD/Microstation) advantageous.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering with PEB Singapore


• Candidate must have min 7 years of relevant working experience in design engineering of ACMV / HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing services with Engineering Consultancies in Singapore


• Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements, solve complex problems and drive programs to successful completion


• Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission process (e.g LTA, PUB, BCA, SCDF, SPPG, TFCC, etc)


• BIM and CAD capabilities (REVIT / Microstation / Autocad) will be added advantage
