Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to plan and supervise daily maintenance activities, ensuring mechanical equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role requires CAD and CMMS proficiency and a degree in mechanical engineering, with at least three years of industry experience.

You will coordinate with the operations team to implement maintenance programmes, train staff on equipment maintenance, and help manage documentation such as SOPs and MOM records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 3 years working in mechanical industry.
• Proficient in CAD software, CMMS software, and other engineering design tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the operations team to plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance programmes, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and system malfunctions, and implement corrective action plans to resolve faults and improve reliability.
• Review and enhance preventive maintenance systems to reduce maintenance costs and optimize equipment performance.
• Assist the Department Manager and Supervisor in coordinating and supervising daily maintenance activities.
• Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs, ISO documentation, and MOM equipment registration records.
• Initiate and coordinate Management of Change (MOC) processes for system additions, modifications, and replacements.
• Train technicians and staff on equipment maintenance, while monitoring 5S and TPM activities.

Company Overview: -

• Basic Up to: $4100 + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + $120 transport allowance if possess own transport

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Alternate Saturday (8am – 12pm)

Your Responsibilities: -
