Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Tuas is seeking a Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical equipment in a process plant environment.

You will lead technicians, coordinate with operations and vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while improving reliability and reducing downtime. The role is based in Tuas with company transport provided and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday half-day shifts.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in mechanical maintenance within manufacturing or industrial plants.
• Good knowledge of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Independent with good leadership skills to manage technicians and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions to restore equipment performance.
• Improve maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities with the Operations team.
• Prepare and maintain work procedures, quality documents, regulatory records and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate equipment modification, replacement and system improvement activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance works, projects and equipment servicing.
• Manage maintenance spare parts, tools and equipment while ensuring compliance with workplace safety and equipment maintenance standards.

Basic Salary: $3800 - $4200
