Job summary

BHCC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E Site Supervisor to review project specs, supervise M&E works, and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on site in Singapore. The role requires strong contract understanding and the ability to monitor progress, workmanship and schedule compliance.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years' main-con experience, preferably on HDB projects, to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Supervise M&E works and coordinate with client, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Understand contract requirements and M&E specs to monitor progress, quality and compliance with schedules.
• Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural teams to minimize discrepancies.
• Check and prepare material samples with shop drawings submission.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
• Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.
