Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and optimize semiconductor components, precision parts, molds, and tooling from concept to production.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality and procurement to ensure designs meet functional, quality and cost targets, and you will support prototyping, testing and production implementation. The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years in the semiconductor tooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing molds, precision parts and tooling in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience supporting projects from design through production.

Responsible for the design, development and optimization of semiconductor components, precision parts, molds and tooling, supporting projects from concept development through production while ensuring quality, manufacturability and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop semiconductor components, precision parts, molds and tooling from concept through production.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and procurement teams to ensure designs meet functional, quality and project requirements.
• Support prototyping, testing, production implementation and continuous design improvements.
• Apply mechanical design principles and knowledge of semiconductor front-end/backend processes, materials, coatings and industry standards.
• Contribute to engineering projects, process improvements, technical problem-solving and knowledge development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing molds, precision parts and tooling within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience supporting projects from design through production.
