Job summary

A.W. MAID EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Employment Agency Consultant in Singapore to drive MDW placements, especially Myanmar workers. You will handle inquiries, match workers with employers and coordinate overseas recruitment efforts.

The role requires strong sales, communication and negotiation skills, with experience in MOM procedures and MDW regulations. Independent, client-focused and motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• CEI (Basic) or CEI (KAH) certification covering Migrant Domestic Worker placements.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Singapore employment agency.
• Prior experience handling Myanmar domestic worker placements is required.
• Familiar with MOM work permit procedures and MDW placement regulations.
• Able to manage the full placement process independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Sales oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide consultation on domestic worker hiring and placement.
• Manage sales enquiries, follow up with prospective clients and close placement deals.
• Source, screen and match suitable domestic workers with employers.
• Coordinate Myanmar domestic worker recruitment and placement arrangements with overseas partners.
• Handle end-to-end placement processes, including interviews, documentation, work permit applications and deployment arrangements.
• Liaise with employers, domestic workers and overseas recruitment partners.
• Provide after-sales service and resolve placement-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and placement records.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and MDW placement requirements.
