Job summary

Nakoda Global Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a CEI/KAH-certified Employment Agency Executive to oversee the recruitment and placement of Migrant Domestic Workers, ensuring MOM compliance and high-quality client service in a busy maid agency environment. You will run end-to-end processes, advise employers on candidate fit, handle work permit documentation, and maintain audit-ready records while upholding MOM standards and delivering reliable, professional support to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid KAH or CEI certification is mandatory.
• MOM regulations knowledge related to MDW recruitment and placement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end MDW recruitment and placement to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advise employers on household needs and candidate fit.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain strong relationships.
• Process work permits, renewals, transfers, and MOM documentation.
• Ensure alignment with MOM and agency standards throughout recruitment.
• Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates and with overseas partners.
• Maintain accurate records to support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve client and worker concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support business development and marketing to drive growth.
