Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full domestic helper placement cycle, from sourcing to contracts and client support.
• Respond to customer inquiries and conduct indoor sales activities to meet targets.
• Process MOM work permit applications and coordinate related documentation.
• Coordinate with overseas partner agencies on documentation and placements.
• Facilitate after-sales support by mediating between employers and helpers.
• Perform daily admin tasks using Word/Excel and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure MOM regulations and SOPs are followed while working independently.
