Responsibilities

Manage the full domestic helper placement cycle, from sourcing to contracts and client support.
Respond to customer inquiries and conduct indoor sales activities to meet targets.
Process MOM work permit applications and coordinate related documentation.
Coordinate with overseas partner agencies on documentation and placements.
Facilitate after-sales support by mediating between employers and helpers.
Perform daily admin tasks using Word/Excel and maintain accurate records.
Ensure MOM regulations and SOPs are followed while working independently.
