NTUC LearningHub PTE. LTD. seeks a Course Developer to create and enhance training curricula for the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) portfolio.

You will design WSQ-aligned and CPD-accredited programs, including those for SIFMA, SCDF, and MOM, ensuring content aligns with current industry trends and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to craft engaging, effective learning experiences for adult learners, focusing on smart facilities management, AI,

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in relevant fields for CET or adult education.
• L&D certifications such as ACLP/ACTA/DDDLP/DACE are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in curriculum development or instructional design in CET/adult learning.
• Solid knowledge of Built Environment/Facilities Management in Singapore.
• Familiarity with SkillsFuture frameworks, SSG funding guidelines and CPD accreditation processes (SIFMA, SCDF, MOM, PEB/IES).
• Strong writing and communication skills with ability to structure complex information for diverse learners.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop WSQ-aligned and accredited courses.
• Develop CPD-accredited programs for SIFMA, SCDF, and MOM.
• Create engaging learning materials aligned with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop impactful learning experiences for adult learners.
• Build curricula focusing on smart facilities management, AI, sustainability, digital transformation, and risk management.
