Job summary

HYBRIONIC (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled planning professional to act as the main liaison for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.

You will respond to inquiries, monitor demand, and coordinate with suppliers to align loading and supply plans with business needs. The role requires a diploma or degree in a related field, experience in demand/material/production planning, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in demand planning, material planning, production planning, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management and production planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP B1 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor customer demand and collaborate with internal teams to manage changes in demand and supply requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure loading and supply plans meet business requirements.
• Analyze material availability and material flow to support production and customer delivery requirements.
• Prepare and manage production and cell planning schedules to achieve on-time delivery.
• Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to plan, expedite, and ensure smooth material movement.
• Manage inventory levels in line with safety stock targets and FIFO requirements.
• Monitor excess and obsolete inventory and support initiatives to minimise inventory write-offs and quarterly scrap.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve planning, scheduling, material, and shipment-related issues.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis techniques to support forecasting and planning activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc planning and supply chain duties as assigned.

Requirements
