Job summary

hybrionic (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking a Planning professional to drive demand, material, and production planning for assigned customer accounts in Singapore.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities include analyzing material availability, managing planning schedules, and supporting forecast and supply chain activities using Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in demand, material, production planning or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of inventory management and production planning.
• SAP B1 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor customer demand and collaborate with internal teams to manage changes in demand and supply requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure loading and supply plans meet business requirements.
• Analyse material availability and material flow to support production and customer delivery requirements.
• Prepare and manage production and cell planning schedules to achieve on-time delivery.
• Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to plan, expedite, and ensure smooth material movement.
• Manage inventory levels in line with safety stock targets and FIFO requirements.
• Monitor excess and obsolete inventory and support initiatives to minimise inventory write-offs and quarterly scrap.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve planning, scheduling, material, and shipment-related issues.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis techniques to support forecasting and planning activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc planning and supply chain duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in demand planning, material planning, production planning, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management and production planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred knowledge on SAP B1
