Job summary

AEM Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Receiving/Inventory Clerk to manage incoming materials and ensure accurate documentation in line with Purchase Orders. You will identify and segregate materials, maintain quarantine and finished goods spaces, and perform FIFO during dispatch while updating ERP records. Ad-hoc duties may be assigned by your supervisor.

Candidate should have solid basic education and be able to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level / NITECH or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all incoming documents are in place as per Purchase Order requirement upon supplier delivery.
• Ensure all incoming materials are free from damage and pest infestation.
• Ensure all raw materials, components and products are properly identified and kept in designated place.
• Maintain clear segregation and designation of space for Receiving, Quarantine and Finished Goods.
• Perform First-In, First-Out (FIFO) in dispatching raw materials, components and products.
• Update all incoming and outgoing materials info in ERP system.
• Perform inventory cycle count, stock replenishment and picking according to works order.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
