Job summary

GXO Logistics Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. operates a warehouse in Singapore and requires a candidate to support daily warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Physically fit to handle up to 10–15 kg materials.

Position Summary

This position is required to execute daily duties associated with warehouse operations, operate standard and/or specialise Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in combination with materials handling duties as instructed by the operations supervisor or senior supervisor. This position also needs to handle data entry.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with the logistics coordinator to execute daily activity & orders.
• Perform inbound activities - receiving, audit & putaway.
• Perform outbound activities - pick, pack, audit and staging.
• Perform inventory activities - cycle counts, ELR, and PCA.
• Use of WMS for Data entry and documents generation
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for warehouse operations.

Qualifications Summary

Experience

It would be good to have relevant experience in logistics or warehousing operations.

Skills

• Experience in operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, stacker and reach truck. (Open to no experience but keen to gain the experience)
• Knowledge in warehouse receiving, picking, packing, wrapping and releasing functions.
• Computer literate.
• Able to communicate and read simple English.
• Physically fit to handle up to 10-15kg materials.
• Open minded and team player.

Candidate needs to be comfortable to travel to Sunview Way / Changi Alps for this role.
Company Bus transport will be available at Boon Lay / Tampines MRT station.
