Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse/inventory coordinator to support the movement of raw materials to the cleanroom and ensure accurate receiving and documentation in SAP.

Working days are Monday to Friday with 7am to 3pm hours. The role is a 1-year contract with a monthly salary of SGD 2,500 plus SGD 110 transport allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in moving and handling raw materials to support production
• Ability to receive, check and record incoming materials with accuracy in SAP
• Familiarity with 5S, quality and safety procedures in a cleanroom environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of raw materials from the warehouse to the cleanroom and prepare materials for production.
• Receive and check incoming materials, including quantities, batch numbers and labels, and record transactions accurately in SAP.
• Support inventory checks, cycle counts and investigations into stock discrepancies, ageing inventory and material bottlenecks.
• Maintain organised warehouse and cleanroom storage areas, clean materials according to requirements and support the training of new team members.
• Follow work instructions, 5S, quality and safety procedures, and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
