Job summary

A leading human resource firm in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage inventory, including receiving and issuing parts, updating SAP transactions, and cycle counting. Candidates should have a Fork Lift Licence, previous SAP experience, and be proficient in English. The position offers a 1-year renewable contract, working Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5.15pm with a salary up to $2,300 plus a completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Able to converse, read and write in English.
• Previous experience with SAP would be advantageous.
• Having a Fork Lift Licence is a plus.

• Receiving parts from Central Store.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving parts from Central Store.
• Issuing parts to plant for production and external vendors for sub‑out parts.
• Receiving parts from plant, QC and VQ into inventory.
• Updating of transactions in SAP.
• Preparation of parts and arrangement for delivery to other plants.
• Cycle counting of parts in storage.
• Ensuring the parts are arranged tidily in the storage areas with good housekeeping.
• Raising PRs for plant purchases.
• Proper filing of store documents, e.g. Cycle Counting Reports, MTN, Production Pick Lists, Route Cards, Job Cards, etc.
• Overseeing stuffing of containers for overseas deliveries.

Period

• 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday (7.30am - 5.15pm)
• Up to $2,300 + Completion Bonus

Job Requirements

• With Fork Lift Licence would be an added advantage
• Previous experience with SAP would be an added advantage
• Able to converse, read and write in English.
• Basic knowledge in MS words and MS excel
