Job summary

Hi Coffee in Singapore is hiring part-time baristas to join a friendly, supportive team. You’ll enjoy flexible shifts with a typical full shift of 8.25 hours and breaks allocated accordingly. The role offers on-the-job training, staff discounts, and a welcoming work environment where attendance and reliability are valued.

Successful candidates will learn about Matcha, local Robusta coffee, and tea beverage preparation, while delivering warm, genuine service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable, diligent and able to work in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Must hold a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 Cert.

Responsibilities

• Understand flavour profiles and local Robusta coffee basics to guide customer choices.
• Brew and serve Matcha and other beverages with consistency and presentation.
• Maintain clean, orderly workspaces and follow SOPs throughout shifts.
• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and general housekeeping as needed.
