Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Barista who will deliver world-class service and craft specialty coffee and tea in a fast-paced Singapore café. You’ll guide customers through their beverage and food journey, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Training will be provided through our Barista Academy; strong teamwork, flexible shifts (including weekends), and performance bonuses support your career journey and growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Previous Barista or customer service experience preferred, training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with exceptional service and guide them through their coffee and tea experience.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages.
• Offer a full range of products including beverages, food, and merchandise.
• Share knowledge about coffee, tea heritage, and sustainability with customers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized café in line with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the safety and health of the team and customers.
